Valley Professionals in Crawfordsville opened in August of 2015 and has created access to health care services for many in the area. The Crawfordsville health center offers primary care, behavioral health, dental, and patient resource services, serving patients Monday through Friday.

Dr.oluwaosin is great and has a great team I highly recommend they been fixing my teeth for a year now and they are awesome they are very patient also when I bring my son who is autistic he some times gets rowdy but others when he has his tablet he is calm but they don't mind either way as long as he isn't getting into serious stuff or touching dangerous stuff. But a great team and staff I am mad that one of the assistants is leaving there though she is amazing and jumps in when Dr. Needs help or is overwhelmed with clients

NP Charlotte Waling and every staff member I’ve interacted with at this facility has been cheerful, kind, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. We absolutely love them!! We’ve never had better primary care for the entire family than we’ve had here. They truly go above and beyond.

Jessica is a phenomenal provider. She and her nurse Jennifer take their time to listen to my needs and my families’ needs. I was a patient at another facility for years, and when my PCP left that facility I took the opportunity to change. From the minute I switched, I have been met with kind, compassionate, and intelligent work! You never feel rushed and during your appointment you feel safe and cared for. Their work is trauma-informed and thorough. I highly recommend this facility!

I had an appointment with Caleb today and it went great. I felt like I could talk to him about anything and I explained to him what I was experiencing and he assisted me in making sense of what I was/am going through. He has a great attitude and very easy to talk and communicate with. I felt like he was talking with me as someone who cared rather than at me. I look forward to my next appointment with him.
